RULES

• A maximum of 13 players per roster.
• A maximum of 16 teams per Age Group per Level ( Elite,A,B) will make End of Year Playoff.
• Teams that forfeit two games will not be eligible for End of Year Playoff and will be subject to removal from WSBL.
• All 13U and 14U Elite Games must have two (2) patched umpires for each game.
• Big barrel bats will be allowed at the 9U level.
• There are no breaking balls from 9U thru 12U age levels.
• 48' and 50' pitching distances will be acceptable at the 11U level.

Also new for 2012

• Online score reporting and schedule changes done by Manager
• Each End of the Year Playoff Champion will receive WSBL Champion T-Shirts
• Each player will receive a WSBL bag tag.
• Each player will receive a WSBL helmet decal. Each team will have their own page on website.
• All 9U-12U Championship Games will be held at Oak Brook Park District. WSBL will cover field cost and umpire cost. 10U-12U will have two umpires. 
• End of Year Playoff will be scheduled the last two weeks of June.
